Free training on managing challenging behaviour - 13/03/2015

Organised by CHS Group this session is for people in a front-line customer services role working at front desk/reception/customer services. It aims to support people to work more effectively with people who present challenging behaviour.

The session will use examples of situations from the real working-life experiences of participants. This will ensure that the issues tackled and solutions produced will be directly relevant to the type of work people are doing.

Cost: free, but contributions to food and venue costs would be appreciated
