Level 2 Award - Food Safety in Catering

For groups running events which include food – cultural celebrations, lunches, cake sales etc. This day gives a basic understanding of food safety. Those attending will receive a course booklet and can sit a multiple choice test to receive the accreditation. Booklets and test papers can be ordered in different languages – please request this when booking. Delivered by Terri Stigwood
