The course is aimed at those who recruit staff or volunteers into their organisation. It talks about the recruitment process and how to avoid recruiting unsuitable people.  It also covers the Vetting and Barring (ISA) which commences in July 2010.  Knowledge of basic safeguarding is required for this course.
