Time: 12:00pm - 2:30pm

Venue: 16-18 Arbury Court, Cambridge CB4 2JQ

How do we know how well we are doing?

Eventbrite - Duties of Trustees - understanding the basics

We all work really hard to make sure that staff are happy, budgets are balanced, trustees are informed and engaged, policies are in place, services are delivered, plans are written......

But how can we demonstrate we are doing the things we need, and how do we keep track of it all?

Find out how a quality system can help and how we are using one.

This session will be led by John Wilson from Community Matters Yorkshire who have developed the IQ quality system

Mark from CCVS will also share how we have started to use this as a reporting tool for trustees and to identify areas we need to improve.

CCVS CEO forums are open to senior managers and chairs and trustees from charities and community groups across Cambridgeshire.

We provide a light (mainly) vegetarian lunch for all but feel free to bring your own food.

Networking and lunch happens from 12 to 12:30

Presentations and discussions are from 12:30 to 2:30, but we try and build in time for groups to update on their work and for a bit more networking.

This event is FREE to CCVS and Hunts Forum members

By booking on this course you agree to the CCVS cancellation policy

Registration is usually limited to two bookings per member organisation please contact CCVS if more spaces are required.
