New service to support for children and young people - 29/04/2015

There will soon be a new telephone service to signpost Families and Workers to local help and support for children and young people, including help about mental well-being.

Centre 33 is supporting the setting up of this new service (the council will be delivering it, not us) by gathering information about who is doing what to support parents, children and young people about their mental health.

If you feel that you provide such a service, you can record what you do and where via this survey:

The information you enter will be passed to the council, and will then be added to the council’s existing service directory, and will be used to help families get the right support. There will be regular updates of the information.

You aren’t obliged to fill it in, of course, but doing so will improve the quality of the information families get.
