NEW - Chief Executive Officer: pinpoint Cambridgeshire (permanent position but 6 month fixed term option possible)
28 hrs pw NJC payscale point 36-41 £30,011 – 34,894pa pro rata (flexible working hours negotiable)
We are looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to undertake a strategic review of current challenges and opportunities for our parent carer participation network and to spearhead a development programme to ensure real co-production of services with children and young people with additional needs and disabilities and their families, across Cambridgeshire.
You should be a dynamic self-starter with an understanding of the current developments affecting children with additional needs, and their families in light of the recent Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reforms. You must have strategic development, project and / or change management experience.
You would be responsible for managing our existing contracts as well as identifying and securing additional funding to maintain pinpoint’s development and sustainability. You would oversee our representation both locally and nationally on a range of parent carer forums and at meetings with Commissioners at Cambridgeshire County Council and other partners, as well as managing our network of more than 1000 parent-carers and professionals and overseeing a full calendar of activities.
