Experienced Book Keeper/Administrator (Part-time, maternity leave cover)

A small, Cambridge-based charity seeks a book keeper/administrator to carry out day-to-day financial and administrative tasks involved in running the charity. This is a part time appointment to provide maternity leave cover.
Key skills: knowledge of double entry book keeping system, accurate recording and managing of all financial transactions in SAGE accounts including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Nominal Ledger, Banking, Credit control, Journal, Wage posting, processing payments and receipts, Trial balance, Period End procedures, prepayments and accruals. Prepare Year End accounts for auditors.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Access and Word.
Good telephone manner, ability to work unsupervised.
