Legal Requirements for small groups: 3 March 2015 09:30 - 12:30

This course is a must for smaller groups and will tell you all you need to know about the legal and financial requirements for small organisations.  It is suitable for unincorporated charitable organisations with an annual income of less than £250,000 a year. 

The course will give an overview of the Charities Act 2011, latest SORP and Charity Commission requirements, including the format of Receipts and Payments Accounts, Trustees’ Annual Reports, reserves policies and independent examination of charity accounts.  We will also look at financial systems, financial controls and reporting to trustees.
